Bookings & Appointments

All treatments are by appointment only. We recommend booking in advance, especially for popular services such as Brazilian waxing, dermaplaning facials, and brow laminations.

Deposits & Confirmations

A deposit may be required to secure your booking. This ensures your time slot is reserved and allows us to maintain a high standard of service.

Cancellations & No-Shows

We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or missed appointments may result in loss of deposit or a cancellation fee.

Late Arrivals

Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may result in reduced treatment time or rescheduling to avoid disrupting other clients.

Waxing Preparation & Aftercare

For best results, hair should be the appropriate length (approximately 3–4 weeks growth). Proper aftercare is essential to prevent irritation and ingrown hairs. Avoid heat treatments, gym sessions, and sun exposure immediately after waxing.

Facial Treatments & Skin Safety

For advanced treatments such as dermaplaning, microneedling, and nanoneedling, clients must disclose any skin conditions, medications, or sensitivities. Certain treatments may not be suitable for compromised or active acne-prone skin.

Brow & Lash Treatments

A patch test may be required for tints, lash lifts, and brow laminations, especially for new clients or those with sensitive skin.

Hygiene & Professional Standards

We follow strict hygiene protocols, including sterilisation of tools and use of high-quality, professional-grade products to ensure your safety and comfort.

Results & Expectations

Results may vary depending on individual skin types and conditions. Consistent treatments and proper aftercare will yield the best long-term results.

Age Requirement

Clients under 18 must have parental consent for certain treatments.
